I’m a fairly unremarkable mid-20s bloke trying to get into game dev. I play games (Shock! Horror!), primarily FPSs, various sorts of rogue-lite, 4Xs and the lighter end of Grand Strategy games, and board games (usually either big cutthroat eurogames or lighter social deduction titles). I read a lot, mostly speculative literature (SF&F) but also assorted non-fiction and military history. I enjoy bouldering, when not prevented by a global pandemic. I go on walks. I listen to music ranging from the painfully generic to the categorically weird. I hold strong political opinions, none of which I feel moved to express in a professional context. I spend time on hobby projects, usually game-related. I watch thrilling youtube videos about lathes.
